This Canarian holiday home is located in El Guincho on the north coast of Tenerife, near San Marcos and close to Garachico. From here you can look out over the coastal landscape with the ocean and banana plantations. The location is quiet, on a hillside, and the garden and terrace offer wide views of the green surroundings. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2006 and has a living area of approx. 60 sqm. It consists of one living unit with an entrance via the patio, a separate bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), a sofa bed in the living area and space for up to 3 guests. Amenities include an open American-style kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring hob, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV with German channels, heating as well as bed linen and towels. The bathroom is fitted with shower, WC and washbasin. The holiday home is ideal for couples or small families looking for simple, cosy accommodation in a rural setting. On the roof terrace there are sun loungers, a table and chairs; there is also garden furniture, a parasol and barbecue facilities right by the house. Pets are allowed, and a cot is available.
