Quiet residential area, beautiful sea view, and also a view of Mount Teide. Very fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with good sound. The screen was quickly replaced after a sudden failure.

Beautiful, peaceful location with an ocean view. A rental car is essential Evelyn and Andreas were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment they provided matched the description, was cozy and comfortably furnished, and spotlessly clean. Water and wine as a welcome gift were much appreciated!

Absolutely quiet location with a view of the sea and Mount Teide, as long as the clouds are not covering it. Parking for the rental car right in front of the property. New oven, new induction ceramic hob. Flat-screen TV with good speakers.

Very quietly located with a great view of the sea. No through traffic. Evelyn and Andreas were always available and helpful whenever there was a problem. The beautiful, bright living area is spacious and welcoming. There are 2 loungers with good cushions for the terrace and several blankets available. We found it very pleasant that we could heat the apartment with a gas heater on cool evenings. There are plenty of towels for the bathroom and shower, as well as for the kitchen.

Quiet location at about 600 m altitude; pleasantly cool temperatures, with daytime highs of max. 18°C and often cozy 10–16°C at night, doors and windows with natural, non-adjustable ventilation; a property well protected by a high wall, and on some days sunny spots on the terrace. A starting point for many interesting discoveries on Tenerife. For a holiday feeling, we drove to Puerto de la Cruz, about 30–40 minutes away, Costa Adeje, or other places with the Tenerife temperatures we expected. Antique wicker furniture, an old gas stove with adventurous moments when operating it, a surprise refrigerator with no light, “let’s see what I can conjure up right now,” but plenty of ice and condensation water; an antique dining table where the meal could be free-shaken; cozy TV corner: armchair seat height max. 35 cm, television set at min. 160 cm height. More description would go beyond the scope here. Fortunately, our hosts managed to organize repairs almost always in a timely manner. They contributed greatly to our well-being and satisfaction. Without their patience and helpfulness, we would have left early.

The holiday apartment is located on a property protected by walls. From the windows, you already have a view of the blue Atlantic. The terrace also offers a view of Mount Teide. Because of the elevation of about 245 meters above sea level, the nights are pleasantly cool, and together with the quiet of this exclusive residential area, they ensure a good night’s sleep. The apartment’s amenities are perfectly adequate for self-catering guests. Worth highlighting is the fast and reliable internet connection with the available Wi-Fi. Excellent support is provided if there are any problems or questions.

Excellent location. Centrally located and very quiet. We were quickly in the north and south by car. Shopping facilities can only be reached by car. The service was excellent. The apartment was very spacious and clean. A wonderful view of the sea. Teide could also be seen from here. The furnishings were very good. We had the option of washing our laundry for €4 per load.

The apartment has a beautiful large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The area is quiet. El Sazaul is perfectly suited as a base for many excursions. The apartment is well equipped. What we liked best was the quiet location and the view of the sea.

A stunning view from the terrace. It's not far to the sea, although the climb down and back up is quite strenuous, but I actually liked that. The accommodation is very secluded, so you definitely need a car. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the apartment is clean and spacious, and the large balcony offers a fantastic view.

The accommodation is in a quiet location. The view is beautiful. You can see Teide and the sea. The motorway is very easy to reach by car. Puerto de la Cruz can be reached in about 10 minutes. On the terrace, which not only has a beautiful view but is also surrounded by a nicely designed garden with several fruit trees and flowering plants, you can really relax. Communication with the friendly landlords was very good.

The holiday apartment is located together with two other apartments in a large villa on a hillside, with a very large terrace and a great view. A car is recommended. Shops, a restaurant and tennis courts are within walking distance; the beach, Ardeje and other places can be reached by car in about 10 to 15 minutes. A very nice large swimming pool; unfortunately the whirlpool is not in operation. The hosts are very kind and helpful and are always on site. The apartment is cozy and practically furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. The large terrace is very nice.

The location is very quiet, which was really pleasant. However, you need a car for shopping and to explore the area. There is a parking space right nearby. Everything was provided, very good facilities. Cozy furnishings.

Very quiet location in a residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Views of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to La Orotava and 15 minutes to Puerto de la Cruz. A very nice beach for surfing, El Socorro, is also only about 15 minutes away. Excellent facilities, cozy atmosphere. It doesn’t have the typically neutral feel of a vacation apartment, but really feels like a home. A small but lovely pool, and for those who like it very cool, there is air conditioning. We didn’t need it because Tenerife is still pleasantly cool at night.

From the spacious terrace, you have a wonderful view of the coast and the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable there.
