This beautiful and well-kept holiday complex of around 10,000 m2 with a total of 3 chalets, a large family chalet, a villa and a tower house is located in La Matanza, in the green north of the island. From the lovingly landscaped garden grounds with a pool surrounded by exotic plants, you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the north coast, the sea and the mountain landscape with the Teide. The complex is located away from mass tourism, so peace and relaxation are guaranteed. However, the famous tourist centre Puerto de la Cruz and the beautiful sandy beaches are only a few minutes away by car. On the lower floor is this tower apartment with a total living area of approx. 130 m2 and offers space for 2 to 6 holiday guests. There are two main bedrooms and a small bedroom, as well as two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, an open fireplace and its own shower room. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The hallway leads to the large shower room. The cosy living room offers German satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many other necessary kitchen utensils. In front of the apartment there is a large, furnished sun terrace with a barbecue for enjoyable grill evenings and a fantastic view of Tenerife’s north coast.
