The holiday apartment is located at an altitude of around 245 metres above sea level. It is in a purely residential area in El Sauzal, in the north of Tenerife. From the furnished terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and Mount Teide. A furnished shared terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings. The quiet location offers rest and relaxation. By car, you can quickly reach the motorway, so this apartment is also an ideal starting point for excursions all over the island. This holiday apartment has a living area of around 60 square metres and is suitable for two people. It is laid out as follows: one bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A large living room with a cosy sofa bed, coffee table, armchair and a sideboard with a flat-screen TV on which you can receive German and international channels. Adjacent to the living room is the open-plan kitchen, with a dining table and two chairs, as well as all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for everyday use. A small storage room provides additional space. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and a small cabinet. From the living room you have access to the large furnished terrace with sun loungers and awning. From here, holiday guests have a wonderful view of the sea and Mount Teide. A small restaurant can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. El Sauzal, with a small market, local shops, bars and restaurants, can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Puerto de la Cruz, with its many tourist activities, restaurants and shopping opportunities, can be reached in about 15 minutes via the motorway.
