The lovingly restored holiday home is an approx. 200-year-old manor house and is situated on an approx. 1.3-hectare plot in the municipality of Tacoronte, in the north of Tenerife. It offers space for up to 10 holiday guests, who can enjoy views of Mount Teide, the sea and the picturesque landscape. A large covered terrace provides relaxation and shade. A pool, as well as a luxurious whirlpool, offer pure bathing pleasure. This holiday home is approx. 5 minutes by car from the golf course 'Real Club de Golf de Tenerife'. The capital Santa Cruz can be reached in approx. 15-20 minutes by car. The holiday home has a living area of approx. 170 sqm. Spread over two floors are: an entrance hall, a large living area, a kitchen, as well as five bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area. A large flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a projector with screen and Wi-Fi are also available. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped with many electrical appliances. A dining table with chairs is integrated. The five bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, are furnished differently and named after five of the seven Canary Islands. The bedroom "Teneriffa" has an extra-large double bed and access to the outdoor area. The bedrooms "La Palma" and "El Hierro" each have a standard double bed. On the upper floor are the large bedroom "Lanzarote", which has a large double bed, as well as a Canarian balcony and an external staircase, and the smaller "Fuerteventura" with a standard double bed. The bathrooms are almost identical and fitted with a sit-down bathtub and glass partition. In the outdoor area there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a shower and an accessible toilet.
