Die rund 4 Kilometer lange Playa Barca liegt bei Costa Calma, im Süden Fuerteventuras. Der Strand mit weißem Sand fällt vor allem deswegen auf, weil sich bei Flut eine Lagune bildet, die ganz flach abfällt und auch für kleine Urlauber riesigen Spaß bietet. Der kinderfreundliche Strand ist nicht nur ideal für Badeurlauber, sondern auch für Surfanfänger, die hier Kurse belegen können. Aber auch fortgeschrittene Surfer trifft man dort an.
